22/23 september2022 – Cheerful and profitable visit of the Lombard freight forwarders delegation (ALSEA https://www.alsea.mi.it/) to the Trieste’s port. With the colleagues we visited the most important port terminals and seen that the Trieste’s logistic system, besides his importance for the central European markets, also offers several intermodal connections from/to important Lombard hubs as Milan (3 round trips/week) and Busto Arsizio (one round trip/week). We are confident that in the next future the involvement of the Cervignano railway hub in the port’s logistics network will ensure a further development of our logistics platform, boosting both continental & overseas services for the domestic market.
